Payment methods accepted by HiSuper

Listed below are the official payment methods accepted by HiSuper. If you have any questions about payments or if someone offers you other payment information not listed here, please email info@hisuper.com for more information.

1. Bank transfer from all countries
Bank transfers are the most widely used method for international trade and have the lowest transfer fees ($20 to $40, depending on the bank, for USD payments of any amount).

You can complete the wire transfer by visiting a local bank or using online wire transfer companies like Veem ($20 fee) or Wise ($10–$30 fee). Please note that we only accept payments in USD.

2. Payoneer
Payoneer is quite popular among Amazon sellers for withdrawing money from Amazon and arranging payments to suppliers. If you already have a Payoneer account and have a balance, you can pay directly into our Payoneer account.

Payoneer doesn't charge a fee for paying us this way. However, you'll still need to pay 0.5% more if you use your Payoneer account balance as payment, and 3% more if you choose other payment methods provided by Payoneer. This is the fee Payoneer charges us. However, the total cost is still lower than bank transfer if you pay less than $10,000.

3. Payment with Paypal (we accept credit cards)
We primarily accept PayPal for sample orders. Your agent will create a PayPal invoice and send you the link to complete the payment, or you can pay directly into our PayPal account.

If you wish to pay for a wholesale order via PayPal, you must first confirm with your agent whether the payment is acceptable. Please note that for wholesale orders, you must pay an additional 5% of the amount, as this is the fee charged by PayPal on our behalf.
